neat. really the last mod that this game needs is a new v model .because its all messed up specially in first person perspective , you cant move the cam around and would be good for 3rd person mods.

Can this fix the camera position at the eyes or head ?

the real fixe will be to find a ways to use not a custom cam but the motobike cam on foot to have a good 3rd person view infortunatly i don't even know what to do, i think this will be the best ways to have a proper 3rd peron cam

Great resource.  I wondered ages ago why a tpp mod couldn't just use NPC animations, and you seem to have solved at least some of that.

I think the main problem is still that, unfortunately, the first person skeleton or whatever it is, presumably being designed to look good when you look down at your body or at  your hands in first person, looks janky in third person, and nobody seems to have been able to fix that.  The shoulders are wide, the waist is weird, the chest is caved in, so it kind of looks horrible moving around no matter what you do to the animations per se (but especially if you look at the character 360 degrees - it lopes along like a stoned hippy with a caved-in chest, like Shaggy from Scooby Doo :) )

I wonder:  if that could be fixed, or a third person skeleton (like the npcs have) used instead, then perhaps the animations (incl combat like aiming guns) would be more easily transferable from NPCs to character?  I'm guessing the first person skeleton has to have extra bells and whistles to make it directly controllable by the player or somethng, but somewhere around here I'm sure there's the key to the whole problem.

Perhaps the good proportions of the NPC (or photo booth player character) rigs could somehow be copied over to the first person rig/skeleton?  In that case, you'd lose the "looks good from fpp" quality but it would look good in tpp.  (But maybe you could switch from "standard" fpp rig/skeleton while in fpp mode to a new "fpp rig/skeleton modified to have NPC tpp proportions" in tpp?)

Could you make a template for Male V, please? I would love to try it.

Wow, fantastic job! I cannot wait to see people come up with! Are anims unisex? and I was also wondering if you had the weapon animation files too, I'd love to see how they animated that! Either way, will look through documentation later, thanks again!

No sadly they're not, which is why I've only been doing this for FemV, as it'd be twice the work having to do it for Male V as well

Ah unfortunate to hear, but completely understandable! Still, a fantastic step for cyberpunk modding!

This is awesome! But what is the reason that we cannot use NPCs' animations for V? Is there no way to use the photo mode or paper doll rig for V?

I believe V in game has a different body rig/skeleton than inventory/Photomode V and NPCs. So if you try to use an animation meant for NPCs on V, the character explodes/glitches out.

He already explained that it is possible, he mentions it in the description and in the comments of all his mods, He also released a guide on how to make animations and how to put the animations of the npcs in v, It's literally in this post XD

You can actually see how an NPC animation looks on V at the very bottom of my guide. Where I put Panam's walk animation on V. Took two minutes to do. The issue is the arms and nothing else.

Sorry if my question was unclear. I wanted to ask why we cannot use the NPC rig for V.

Awesome. Though itd may never happen, itd be awesome if a push kick animation or the regular kicks from  the F.E.A.R franchise could be integrated into the hand to hand fighting
