No, you do not need Equipment EX to use this outfit. However, you will be limited to very few slots of clothing. It is best to get Equipment EX so you can enjoy some 30+ slots to outfit your V.
A few days ago my V came into your atelier and said "WOW!! So many beautiful dresses! Mayo is one of my favorite designers!" Then she saw these... the most beautiful bootcut pants she has ever found and she bought almost all of them, but she would also love them in green leather and green latex...
