Added 2nd drain value in MCM for while Overclocked. Set to zero by default.
Added option to set drain amount to a negative value in MCM. Adding RAM while scanning instead of removing it. Would be unbalanced, but has a niche use with "No scanner slowdown", where you're very vulnerable while scanning. A little bit of "Risk vs Reward", seeing how you have to be actively in LoS of hostiles to get the reversed drain, have a movement penalty and can't really fight back by conventional means.
