If you're talking about the screenshots, not being able to see a difference is exactly the point. Those screenshots are using the reshade vibrance filter set to +0.800, so the fact that the NPCs look normal is ideal.
Hey Syynx. Thanks for all your great mods. I have the opposite problem from you, I mute the colors in the game a bit so everyone is a little paler than they should be. Any chance you could do a 25% saturation version?
Thanks! Definitely didn't expect it that fast. Works and makes the NPCs look great again, however I stupidly didn't realize it can't be used with other body textures. Even reverts Ava Complexions back to vanilla which made my V look completely different lol. Of course if I put it lower in the load order then it doesn't work so sadly I guess I can't use it after all. Hopefully others will make use of it. I endorsed though and thanks again for the super quick response.
if you have Reshade ,you can do this with 'Lightroom.fx just tone down the "orange saturation" slider a bit ( good starting point is -200) just keep in mind that it obviously tones down all orange color in game but you just need to find a balance
It's possible I missed Panam, I'll double check She's definitely in. Do you have any other mods affecting Panam? Could you try renaming DesaturateNPCs.archive to !DesaturateNPCs.archive and checking again?
ohhh wait wait, yes i have Panam 4K textures. Sorry. Actually THERE is difference. And i like it a lot, looks more real and natural. Thanks for your hard work, i know it's a tedious process, even if it is in batch, there are tousands of textures to modify.

Also, would this conflict with high res NPC texture mods?

I don't know... looks identical to me. No desaturation.
And i don't use any LUT, just vanilla. Thanks anyways.

This mod should be compatible with all NPC mods that don't alter NPC skin textures
