This is just a custom radio station for RadioExt, with a custom icon and using a stream URL from 181.FM - Your Lifestyle... Your Music! ~ Free Internet Radio ~
Just unzip the downloaded file into your Cyberpunk folder (e.g. <SteamLibrary-folder>/steamapps/common/Cyberpunk 2077)
If you want to change the URL edit the metadata.json file.
