    crashes at cherry blossom market after talking with johnny next to guitar player.  all requirements are at current versions and no other mods installed affecting trees, marketplaces, etc.

      Came here to write this as well. Glad to know it wasn't just me!
      Anytime I got near those stairs or that quest line it crashed. 

      Quest was: The Ballad of Buck Ravers (hopefully that helps with fixing it if you decide to do so!)

    yeah be nice to get in game changes like any normal led lights, almost like the ad replacers, the vegas globe mod etc
