There is an effect in game called forced braking, depending on your speed, affecting turn speed loss and generally slowing down when you get off throttle. I fiddled with it but some cars just suddenly self-braked sometimes while slowing down without it so i left it out for now.
I can't confirm this mod is the culprit, but the game crashed for the first time ever while I was using this mod while driving. I've had 95 hrs in this game prior without a hard crash like this.

but otherwise the mod is very good! use in version 1.62
I just grabbed this, and all I have to say is, "Wow, the (Insert your preferred vulgarity here) car drives like a (Insert your preferred vulgarity here) car."
Are there any incompatibilities with other mods? For some reason my game consistently crashes when loading in certain populated areas when this mod is activated.

I got a bug report with keys, thank you gsrsya for feedback. . Tested out, posted possible fix in bug reports.
