There are a couple of mods that allow you to use other weapons whilst driving cars/bikes https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/3815 https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/14926 Although a few years old they still work with my current setup.
I can still use the vehicle without a problem in 2.2. This mod does not add this vehicle on auto fixer page. You need to install the mods listed under "Requirements" and use the command provided to add the vehicle to your garage. If you still can't see the vehicle after using the command, I may need to know what language you use.
My laptop is too rubbish to produce a large preview image of good quality and I find it difficult to determine a price and a street cred level cap. Oh well I'm just lazy.
