      It's a reference to Dr. Dahlin from Ghost in the Shell. Her eye area rotates flip up for her to use a kind of cyberware. You can see this scene in Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (2004) (around 00:20:05) and also in the film Ghost in the Shell (2017) (around 00:25:35). IMAGE HERE

    Heads up! this also affects NPCs (using vanilla) I.E Panam and usual NPCs, theres a vague plaster-like outline of the face plate on em, dunno how to fix that but otherwise mod's heckin great!
