   I can't get this thing to work. I downloaded all the requirered mods but i don't have the NC - Weather contact in my list.

      It may be because it's necessary to install cyberscript, and cyberscript causes a lot of problems for many users. 
      
      I would only personally install it on a finished playthrough where I wanted to just mess around, ymmv!!

   Might have to look into Nova City weather support! Will definitely be checking out your other new mods when I finally get a chance to play.
