while I do understand why, I must say it kind of defeats the purpose of the quest to be honest. Out in the streets of NC you feel like an un-killable god but once you go down there, you experience a level of fear for your own existence. I have not felt that since 2013 when playing Alien Isolation. Dying to the bot is a bummer but that's kinda what the game intended, and the sound design is nowhere near as stressful as the Alien Isolation game.
In any case, it's good to have option for people that want them.
Some mods do defeat some purposes in games, hench being mods. Like my location mods that zip you around faster than say walking or driving in the game. Or taking you back into an area that in game is closed off but with a mod you can get back in for whatever purpose you desire.
I just made this cuz i saw a couple of my friends getting frustrated with trying to get around and dying to the bot. Figure hey why not make a locations mod to help out. If anything they can save their save file to later try doing the quest without any outside help again. I enjoy seeing people play the game and have a good time enjoying the story and stuff going on. Frustrations can sometimes make some people not wanna play a game. Just depends is all.....
Plus with any location mod, it is fun for VP'ers who are looking for places to take pictures in.
A dual purpose mod this is for many chooms & gonks in the community
The lighting in these look really great... I haven't a clue where they are or from what quest, I'm only 30% through the game, I really need to stop messing around with mods & finish it... I'm having tons of fun though... Once again, Cheers!
Thank you. Sometimes I have used CharLi mod but in this facility I just spawned a prop in AMM decor called "Area Light customizable". Wording could be a lil off but the decor light is great to use in areas that have a smokeyness to them. :)
Sometimes I will get into either modding or taking VP pics that I ignore playing the game sometimes.
Whenever you get to doing the Phantom Liberty quests (Dogtown), near the end of the main quest line, you will stumble upon this quest that takes you into Cynosure Facility IF you betray Songbird. There is a quest that is 2 quests before this one called "Firestarter". During that quest you will be given the option to side with Songbird or betray her. If you betray her, you will be doing this Somewhat Damaged quest plunging you deep into the Cynosure Facility.
In AMM menu under Decor it is a light prop i spawned. "Area Light customizable", or something worde along those lines.I find it very useful in areas that might have some smokeyness to it.
