Works like this: 1. Manual install; 2. Message Judy after a date "IRWTSAYH" quest; 3. Go to Roller Coaster, find the plastic chair next to Roller Coaster; 4. Sit on chair to "wait for Judy"; 5. Ride the Roller Coaster with Judy.
I am already done with Phantom Liberty. Dont know if Songbird should be available after that. But she is not an option for me. My problem is i cant invite romanced Judy. I can invite Panam though. And River, but he skips. Had a few rides with Johnny and Panam. Main quests all finished. Maybe conflicts with something? I have Judy Romanced Enhanced, Hangout Romances, Really Want to Stay..., Romance Hangouts Enhanced.
Edit: meanwhile i can invite her. Dont know why. But maybe it needed another several days to pass.
Does this mean I can't ride Judy or Panam unless I have a Phantom Liberty? I've been on a few dates with Johnny to date my girl friends, but nothing's happened.
I have Phantom Liberty but this mod does not fully work. I was able to message Panam but she never appeared and no of the chairs give the option to wait for her.
