Absolutely brilliant. Thank you for making this. Night City finally looks how it should of, and honestly not near the performance hit I thought it would be.
Thanks for trying it out and enjoying it. If you want to sneak in a few extra FPS, check forum section for a detailed view of the settings that should be lowered, especially the texture quality if you use another mod that upscales the quality of most surfaces in game.
Hello, Awesome mod! I just have a question: how do you use both the PREEM LUT and the GITS FUJI at the same time? I saw a comment below where you said you combined both, but how exactly? I'm not sure if I'm looking in the right place, but in my LUT Switcher, it only shows the NOVA LUT (which is the one I chose), but not the GITS one. I already put it in the game folder, but I don't know if I need to activate it somehow or if it is already running (since I don't see anything indicating that).
So let me explain what both do. Preem LUT can be activated ONLY if you also downloaded the Preem LUT package from the mod author (there are packages for Nova/Preem/etc.) To have access to specific LUTs, you need the package ^_^ As for GITS FUJI - i only use the ENV file from it. Not the entire GITS FUJI Package since that contains its own LUT.
What does LUT do ? Change the colors, tonemaps, etc. What does FUJI Env file do ? Change the lighting, shadows, reflections, rain effects.
How do i know if GITS Fuji ENV file is active ? Activate Ray Tracing Reflections - Go in a car that has a windshield and drive around. Check if you can see the reflection of the dashboard and steering wheel in the windows :) OR activate rain effect and you'll see the rain drops are clearer and they are closer to your face.
So recap:
1. Download the Preem LUT Pack (go to files section of the mod, scroll down until you find that one) 2. Download GITS FUJI Env file (go to files section of the mod, Optional files > download and install the 00 FUJI ENV file - info on how to install it can be found in the description of my reshade at the bottom) 3. Start the game and go into open world - activate LUT Switcher and change to Preem LUT (the one i use is Preem LUT Pure) 4. Check to see if GITS FUJI ENV file is active (by checking the scenarios i mentioned above the steps) 5. Activate the reshade (if you downloaded the NecroShade Final - GITS - Nova LUT 2 Pure ----- then you use Nova LUT 2 Pure from the LUT Switcher. -------- if you downloaded NecroShade Final - GITS - Preem LUT Pure >>> you use Preem LUT Pure from the LUT Switcher)
Hi! I downloaded this preset, followed all the instructions, and selected it during the ReShade installation. But when I launch Cyberpunk 2077, the screen slowly fills with white, milky bubbles until everything is completely covered. I tried disabling shaders, but the issue still happens. Has anyone else run into this or knows how to fix it? Thanks in advance! Upd: Tried reinstalling Reshade and now I crash on loading.
Dont think anyone ran into a problem like that before as i didnt see any comments about such behavior. Make sure to also try and reinstall the game itself AND make sure you delete the MODS from the installation folder.
Uninstalling the game itself DOES NOT uninstall the mods you previously installed. I am pretty certain its related to one of the mods you may have installed in the past.
Please keep me updated on this if you find the issue at some point.
Hi! I've followed all the installation steps, but I'm encountering an error related to a missing texture. I’m not sure if you could help me. I'm using v2.21 and ReShade 6.4.1 with full add-on support. This is my first time using ReShade, and I only selected the default checkboxes during installation.
Installed mods (in order):
Blur Begone
Cyberpunk 2077 HD Reworked Project Ultra Quality
GITS 3.X - 00 FUJI ENV, but I did not download any file from Main Files only the 00 FUJI ENV (in case I need to install a Main File, I wouldn’t know which one to choose from all the available options).
Your file NecroShade Final - GITS - Nova LUT 2 Pure
When I launch the game, I get the following error in the ReShade log: 01:56:39:631 [18496] | ERROR | Source 'DirtA.png' for texture 'V__texBDirt' was not found in any of the texture search paths!
I fixed the error! It was my fault for not installing ReShade properly. This time, I activated all the add-ons, and now everything works perfectly. Sorry for the trouble! 😔🤙🏻
Glad it all worked out :) Feel free to try out the Preem LUT pack with the Preem LUT variant of my reshade. I personally prefer the more vibrant colors of that one. Nova LUT gives more washed out colors with a slight gray tint - which is more appealing in certain scenes.
To check if the FUJI ENV file works properly, activate Ray Tracing (reflections) and go into a car. You should be able to see the dashboard reflection on the windows (left and front) and the rain should be very different compared to vanilla (more particles and raindrops are visible in front of your eyes. Those are the most visible and changes - alongside the light sources and neons and water puddles etc.
That is weird - Usually you dont lose that much unless you have some settings set to high in the game (especially texture quality). I'll post in the forum section a small guide on the settings i have and recommended for lower end specs. Try to check and use those and see if anything changes. Also, check to see which reshade you downloaded cause there are 3 types (tailored for 2 different LUTS).
I have downloaded all the files like you described in the installation guide and i must say the the differance is huge between this reshade and the vanilla yellow tint filter I have only oen issue with this rehade pack and that is the map i just so dark. Im useing the realistic map mod 16k version. I tried to disable it but the vanilla map is even darker. Is it possible to tweak this somehow?
I did not test the reshade with the realistic map mod so i cant really say if there is a way to fix that haha :D Could you share a screenshot here or on discord @Necrodom and i will be happy to try and help out any way i can.
Do note 1 thing. Reshade affects everything - not just gameplay, but menus and submenus as well, so i tried to get the best visuals for both worlds without compromising much of anything.
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you :( . These past few days were a bit full with irl stuff.
Hey there ! 2. Yes that is correct. You download the main core mod (lut switcher core + the preem LUT pack/addon) in order for you to have access to the preem LUTs BUT if you want to use the NOVA LUT reshade, you obviosuly download the other LUT pack)
3. The NO GITS reshade is meant to be used if you do not have the GITS FUJI ENV files installed. If you do have the GITS mod installed, then you download the GITS Preem LUT Pure reshade instead or the GITS Nova LUT variant, provided you downloaded the appropriate LUT pack.
Hope this clears any misunderstanding and if you have any suggestions regarding the install steps, please feel free to comment on that topic down below or in the feedback section from Forum. Your voice will be heard and i can always make adjustments to the steps :).
Sorry for any typos. I used the phone to reply to your comment.
Okay, so what I have downloaded as of now is the following
00 FUJI ENV(GITS 3.X)
LUT Switcher - Core
LUT Switcher - GITS LUT Pack
LUT Switcher - Preem LUT Pack
NecroShade Final - GITS - Preem LUT Pure
I think the instructions are good, I just don't wanna screw the pouch since this is my first time using a reshade this extensive(as in other requirements aside from the reshade app)
Everything you downloaded and installed should be in order :) EXCEPT the #3 You need the Preem LUT pack :D You do not need GITS LUT Pack unless you want to use the GITS LUT but my reshade will not work properly on it and the visuals will be too bright.
To check if GITS is active, feel free to check the rain (its very different compared to vanilla - with more particles in front of the player) OR Activate ray tracing (specifically reflections) and go into a car that has windows then check if you can see the dashboard reflections :) If you see 1 or both of those, GITS has been correctly activated. As for the visuals, check screenshots section and see if they match what you see on your screen.
Alternatively, you can also contact me @Necrodom on discord and i'll provide you with assistance in a call (if you do not want to talk its, fine - i can as long as you share screen so that i may guide you on where to go and what to click)
Kinda sucks that I went through everything else for the installation of this but find out the author of GITS 3.X decided to just hide the mod from everyone for the last few months. Is there anywhere else I can get it?

Check and see if interested for a quick run down of what to set in-game for better fps (or lower in general for better fps)
GITS 3.X is AVAILABLE again - 26.11.2024
Thanks, Choom!

Dunno if i installed it properly tbh :/
I used Preem Lut pure + FUJI ENV
