you can use the save file editor tool to tweek attributes. the character's look but not sex. give yourself more crafting materials and money. thats a lot the tool makes very easy. unfortunately, 1.3 patch broke the other features of the tool. tool is on nexus mods. nice set of saves. an awesome update would be with all iconics at their purple stage so you can randomize/choose the final legendary stats. great work, thanks
I used a mod that ranked up all of them to Legendary which does real stats or highest it goes with Legendary. It's an old mod that looks like it isn't on nexus anymore. You might have to find one similar. Either way it is the max you can get with it. The epic purple I think is kind of annoying to see so it's kind of nice seeing it all in orange at max stats available.
The real value is they are already in the slots, takes a while to clean it all up and insert them. These are just cleaned up and organized some to quickly have a character with what I think are some of the best settings.
I wish the game would let you replay specific missions so this is a way around it. You could just have labeled save files for certain missions so if someone figures something out later on a mission, you can reload that mission and go play around with it and test it out. I tried my best to make sure the earliest save file was organized enough to build on.
