Noticed an issue with this mod, primarily when it comes to quest actors like Dum Dum.
During The Pickup, this mod stopped Dum Dum from appearing properly at the door to the elevator. If I walked forward, I would still be pushed, but he was standing over by the couch and I was otherwise unable to interact with him. I'm guessing it's because he was getting swapped, but it could be for other reasons.
Dum Dum is the worst example of this. Another I noticed was during the Corpo lifepath start, the Arasaka agents who approach you can be swapped, and this causes them to bug out and not play animations or, in my case, the one I was supposed to talk to ended up being in a Centaur which softlocked me.
What load order are people using for this? I'm clearly having something overwrite this mod. There are 10 of the same NPC in this screenshot (the 10th is hidden behind a CET window). Not sure if my settings are messed up or my load order, but it definitely isn't working.
The Crowd Density optional file conflicts with 'Disappearing NPCs fix', the crowd_settings.csv file in both. Not sure if that matters or which to let win
From what I've understood, you don't use the croud density optional files and you use the Disappearing NPC fix with it's addon for this mod. You still use the one of the main files from this one though. The mod collection I'm using is using the Customize version. I'm not sure it matters. Hope this helps and it works for you.
So we can use the main experimental mod plus one density mod together correct? I am using the Experimental Main, and I have tried the "Density- crowds and traffic" with the main, and the Density Crowds and traffic by itself. I See no difference with the "density-Crowds and traffic when used with the experimental or alone. It actually seems like even less people on the streets. And the multipliers when all down to 1 i still get duplicates all over. You are the maker of Nova city Population also right? I have been using that one for few months now. Sometimes I see it called psycho crowd density but I just have the low med hi. On low or med the NPCs despawn when I turn around. That's why I am trying to figure this mod out.
I recently noticed that street performers (guitar and drum) have no sound. The animation is still happening but no sound from instruments. Could it be because of random NPC duplicate mod or because of crowd size?
Sadly, every time I've tried (to replace NPCs with player character models) it has resulted in the NPCs missing body parts (usually arms/legs/head, but sometimes torso, too)... Not entirely sure why, though, so sorry, but I'm likely not ever going to figure it out...

After doing this, I got Nova Crowds and Traffic (with community list) to work
