    Simply amazing <3.
Can you do smth about the netrunner lvl 60 skill, like reduced RAM cost/RAM on kill, overclock cooldown/increase duration on kill?

Is there a way to change the description of the skill? I changed it so the crit chance is upwards of 3x as much, but with only 20% less of a hp reduction. I wanted that description to match that.

Still god tier mod for how simple it is...
As I said earlier, it makes so much more sense to have this be the final perk over the emp blast.

      Download and install this mod.

      Copy my archive xl file:
      \archive\pc\mod\Engineer 60 Skill Rework.archive.xl
and paste and rename it in your own mod's Wolvenkit source resource folder
      \resources\renamed-archive-xl-file.archive.xl

Then open Wolvenkit. Open the project for your own mod. Use WolvenKit's Asset Browser with Mod Browser checked to open my mod's archive.
      Engineer 60 Skill Rework.archive

Right-click and add this file to your project, extracted from my .archive file into your project's \source\archive\ folcer:
      \engineer_60_skill_rework\localization\en-us.json

Then use Wolvenkit to edit the file and change this property's value to your own description:
      RDTDataViewModel[root][entries][0][femaleVariant]

Then in your TeakXL .yaml, set the skill's UIData to use the en-us.json secondaryKey for your new description:
      # Change description to match new functionality
      Proficiencies.TechnicalAbilitySkill_inline17:
        $type: gamedataPassiveProficiencyBonusUIData_Record
        floatValues: []
        intValues: []
        loc_name_key: LocKey#engineer_60_skill_rework_description
        stats: []

Finally pack and install your own mod, and uninstall mine.

Hi, man, can you tell me what is the name of the tweaks responsible for the passive skills of shinobi, which are unlocked at levels 5 and 25 (increasing movement speed by 5%). I want to delete this boost.

      Should be this:
      Proficiencies.Player_ReflexesSkill_Passives.statModifiers:
        - !remove Proficiencies.Player_ReflexesSkill_Passives_inline0

My only bit of critical feedback I can give to this is that you haven't collected your "fixes" like this into a pack that can be downloaded in one go.

You're on a roll, so many good mods!

Thank you so much! I was previously using Seijax's "No EMP" mod which just straight up removes the EMP which is fair enough, this adds in some balance so thanks much for that!

awesome, those blasts realy annoyed the heck out of me, considering they hit innocent bystanders, give away my position on stealthy runs and ruin my cars... and they are weird as heck, i mean we already have a perk that let us charge a EMP, so we have control over it and can deactivate it if needed, but this passive was impossible to get rid off once it was there -.-

many thanks, this is even more awesome than getting rid of the annoying sound when use airdash at max Shinobi ^^

TO me this makes more sense to have lol.
I already changed the base chance by x2 so I get 10% as well, since I play with mods to make the game way harder, so 5% chance to kill something that takes double or more hits than vanilla didnt make sense lmao.
now I have to get rid of that file prolly

Sorting out this game one tweak at a time! I lack the skill to do these type of things so just made my own thing to change the 60 Engineering perk to require 61 (impossible) but this is a much better solution that I'll definitely use, nice one.
