First Release
Reworks the Engineer progression skill level 60 passive. Instead of causing a few 3m EMP Blast during Fury (which often destroyed my own vehicles), now the passive doubles the chance to break into a Fury (0.1% → 0.2% for each point overcapacity; 5% → 10% at maximum overcapacity) and halves the Health cost for being over your Cyberware Capacity (-1% → -0.5% per point overcapacity; -25% → -12.5% at maximum overcapacity).
I originally wanted to make it add EMP blast to your weapon attacks, but couldn't get the effector to trigger correctly, so I went with something completely different. Better than nothing I guess, and I am finally free from the annoying EMP blasts killing my ride.
