Semi-related question (as it pertains to stealth), is it possible at all to cap enemy visibility reduction to 1% (or heck, even 5%)?
Rolling exclusively for VR on cyberware + using optical camo + crouched not moving / crouch sprint mitigation = reduction + 50% reduction from cover + balaclava can sometimes drive it to 0% or negative. Once this happens, the game essentially treats it as if the player has 100% visibility at all times.
