Made a custom face for my fem V, thought maybe someone else might like it too. In order to use it, select the 22nd eye preset, leave nose\mouth\jaw at 1st. Also replaces normal map and the 3rd skin type (with Judy's).
It's not a polished mod at all. Besides eyes and eyebrows, i only fitted eyeshadow and lipstick meshes to the shape, all the other customization options, like cyberware, blemishes and such are likely to either be floating above the skin, or clip through it. I also fit eyebrow and nose piercing, but basically just hidden all the rest of the face piercing.
