It works well with vanilla, I haven't personally tried it with other env mods so feel free to experiment and post about your findings if youre inclined to do so!
Lut mods are without any impact, they modify a single vanilla file without measurable impact. I say measurable because technically lut's can have a higher bitrate as vanilla, but even with these higher bitrates the performance impact is in the 0.0001% range if even :)
