You dont actually Need RadioExt its just a Requirement because i bundled the Radio and The Voice for my tianmen men. The Voice is always Standalone :3

Audio Bugs : Some higher pitches are off but this voice is my most solid with my Vin Diesel
Some Voice Lines repeat but as soon as u start the next one the bug goes away
