Cleans the bodywork, wheels, dash panels, and windows of the Thrax Jefferson, and fixes a roof mesh issue.

Cleans up the Chevillon Thrax 388 Jefferson by tidying up the bodywork, wheels, dash panels, and windows. A small modification was also made to the interior to stop some of its mesh from popping through the roof when viewed from a distance.
Overall, I wanted to go not quite for the brand-spanking new vehicle approach, more like a "fresh off the showroom floor six weeks ago", slightly used look. After all, the Jefferson's an old girl now having been produced way back in '63, but she appreciates a little TLC!

- Toned down the dirt on all 6 windows
- Greatly reduced the grime on the body, doors, and wheels
- Cleaned the dash instrument panels
Fixes:
- Lowered the interior roof lining in the back of the car to avoid the mesh popping through the roof at lower LODs
