I'm currently in the process of fixing the charge percent.
I've had testers of this tell me that the charge percentage works for them, but only when they have the Relic perk activated. I spent hours troubleshooting this on my end but couldn't even get the percentages to work for me, whatsoever. I hope they work for you, and I will continue to scour for conflicts and hopefully have this working for everyone, regardless of the perk being active.
Charge percentage only works when you have a quickhack assigned to your monowire when you have the Relic tree perk.
