the textures on the NPC sites, are specific textures only that NPC uses! Face or cloth textures f.e.. No other one uses that textures.
This ones are the generic body and generic face textures. Lots of NPCs use the generic textures + sometimes, custom textures.
F.e. most NPCs combine custom face texture and custom cloth textures (you find on the respective NPC mod pages) with the normal body + hand + leg textures you find here. Some just use this textures (you will not find any textures in that case on the NPC mod page)
So this is the base textureset, and if the NPC has special custom textures only that NPC uses, you find them on the respective NPC mod page.
Is this compatible with "High Res Minor Named NPCs - MonstrrMagic Texture Series" (https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/8045)? or with High Res Named NPCs AIO - MonstrrMagic Texture Series (https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/14999)?
Thanks. So by default, V is entirely different than NPC? Then why would someone even created that "V Unique Framework", making us think players and NPC share the same body mesh/skin? Like most moddable games out there (Fallout 4, Starfield).
The default skin path is used by all female characters in vanilla Cyberpunk 2077, as far as I know. When you install a framework (which assigns a custom path via the config file), you effectively separate V or another NPC from the default character group. According to the description on Nexus for the mod “A Unique Texture Set for Male and Female V”, the mod is intended specifically for V — not for NPCs. It defines its own paths and setups. So, to answer your question:
"Will this work for UV framework bodies, or VTK? I know they have different file paths."
The answer still is: This is for NPCs and default path usage. NPCs don't use that framework. So it works only for default path mods.
Therefore, it only works with mods that rely on the default path. If you are using any kind of framework that separates any character (NPC or V) from the default file structure — then this texture mod won’t work for them, because those characters would be using a different path.
hmm.. they are already very small on the texture, but i know what you mean. On the 3D-models (at least on mine!) the aoreolas are quiet expanded via meshes. But i could try. I could create 1 version, maybe the 4k one? light or dark nipples? But how much less in % of the radius.
Hey there, haven't heard from you. I hope you are doing well. Just wanted to check in and see what you thought about what we discussed, if it was something you thought you could do. :)
i have no detailed skin sources for such a face texture size. But even on a 4k monitor, with 8k face, you would have to have half of the face visible (zoomed in so that only half of the face is visible on the screen) to benefit from that.... a mouth closeup at 4k full screen f.e. With a 4k texture face, you can zoom in and have the full screen covered top to bottom with the face and would still be not zoomed in on the texture... so still not stretched

Personal preference question... any chance of a version with smaller areolas?
4k light nipples preferred. As far as percentage... maybe 25-35%?

Does the skin material come with microdetails?
