Most of you will say that there is a mod that does this already and yes there is, BUT there is only one file modified in that mod and since the release of 2.0, there are 2 layers now.
The car in the pictures yes. It looks like it's a modded Challenger and a modded Lamborghini but I haven't seen either of them on nexus. Curious to know if they are modded where from.
