Dear TheCyanideX, could it be that the Nova Rain MAIN and Nova Rain RASTER files are misplaced? In one YouTube video, the author suggested that the files are out of place. Because of the assumption of the author of this video, I am confused as I don't know what the mod should look like in both cases. Thank you for your hard work.
I also want to know if I can use Nova Rain mod with Preem Lut+ENV and Preem Lut+ENV Light? And does Preem LUT affect the performance of the game?

Thanks for the reply man. I'm using the Weathermancer mod, I don't think it will cause any conflicts. I understand about LUT and performance, but does ENV affect performance?
I tested two versions of the mod, Nova Rain Main and Nova Rain Raster and here's what I noticed. I play without RT. If you stand under the roof of a gas station, for example, in the vanilla version of the rain, it will be visible from a distance.... If you stand under the roof of the gas station by installing the mod Nova Rain RASTER (Version for the game without RT functionality, as indicated in the description), the rain in the distance disappears.... If you stand under the roof of a gas station with the Nova Rain MAIN mod installed (version for the game with RT function as specified in the description), the rain will be visible in the distance.... Can we conclude from this that the files are mixed up? This is not a rebuke, just trying to figure it out for myself, I will also attach 5 screenshots to my post. Rain mods will work with LUTs and ENV or weather mods, unless a weather mod has its own rain. You can use this with Preem.
LUTs have no effect on game performance.

Edit: Turns out it was just scripted rain that was bugged. Activating rain via weathermancer shows ripples and water running down vehicles.
Other than that it looks great!
