Masculine and Feminine V. Alt's pants ripped down to short shorts size, with back chains.
Garment support enabled: will tuck vanilla / GS compatible tight clothes inside, will push loose clothes over.
Trans mesh replacer: adds a bulge to FemV's, removes the bulge for MascV's.
