I may be dense, but this doesn't seem to work for me (can't unholster weapon). I have your quest core mod, went to apartment, have archive xl, and all your other mods seem to be working fine.
EDIT: Got it working and yes I am dense. Had to stand in one of the firing booths and keep hitting unholster and got it to work. May be something from LessHUD hiding a prompt, not sure though.
tried to get it to run with game v2.1 and +280 mods but couldnt :\ is that a mod conflict on my end or is there just no compatibility with 2.1? got a bunch of your other mods working with no issues btw deceptious!

I've been ripping my hair out for days trying to figure out why I couldn't get that quest to finish. I thought it was just a base game bug XD

edit: it was an issue on my end :) this mod works for me with 2.1 aswell now!
I love mods like this that add extra stuff to "do" in Cyberpunk.
There are so many things in this game that never got implemented.
It really makes the game world feel more real and less like "Set dressing".
Keep it up Deceptious, you are one of the best modders on here!
