THANK YOUUUUUUU so much for this, Pinky! it's like we were saying, this is such a straightforward styled boot and it makes so much sense. You rocked this and I super appreciate you taking the initiative to add extra styles, especially those booster boots. Frickin' SLAY :)

Checked my file and everything should be in order for them to have the boots sound :/
If you use Equipment EX, try equipping them via the vanilla inventory Try un-equipping / equipping them, try equipping a vanilla shoes in between and see if that one has sound too
I'm also getting barefoot sounds when using these. Everything vanilla works fine, it's just stuff from this mod. Hopefully there's a simple fix, these boots are great.

Nah Masc/Fem shouldn't matter. As I said previously, my file is correctly set up (link to the modding wiki to show y'all how simple it is, literally one tag in a file) and should work, I'm not sure why it wouldn't trigger properly in game. I can't do much from my side :/
yeah is a bug when using equipment ex i think if u load another suit and then use it again the one u want or equip and unequip the boots when u enter the game for the first time fix this bug
I wasn't ever able to properly fix it, but the above comment does work. Once I set them as part of my outfit, I close the menu, then open it again, unequip and equip them, then they work normally. It's just odd that this is the only mod I have this issue with. And frustrating since this is by far my favorite one for boots lol
Hey, another great mod, PinkyDude! Bit of an unrelated question, is there any way you'd be willing to update (or at least fix) the weird visual glitch on your Murk Man mod? I love that one, but the buggy textures are a bit distracting (if not, that's fine. I figured I'd ask).

hey love the mod but when i wear pants that tuck in the boots the skin between the boots and pants seem peak through not sure what could be causing this
