Hi YokaiDealer, how is your driving overhaul coming along? I'm looking forward to it!
I assume this mod makes No Camera Auto Centering unecessary and it's incompatible, yes? Since this mod still makes the camera center, but not on direction, but on momentum.
Ok, great I am looking forward to this because it's really hard to drive with the Hella. These "phat and lardjjj" wheels grip so much that the steering at high speed is problematic.
Pretty much everything, I detest this game's vanilla driving lol. This and any other small mod I post will likely be integrated (and expanded upon) for the total rework I have on the way. Drift tunes will likely be an optional download/s on the main mod page once it's released. They will work on their own but are obviously meant to work with the other tweaks I've made.
Of shoot, well in that case Im looking forward to it !!, personally I don't despise how the vanilla works right now, mostly because it was much worse than what we have, but yea it has a lot of room for improvement
Yep, I applaud the efforts/contributions of other users but they never quite scratched the itch. Way too many hours of my life have been spent sideways in simcade racers for me to really enjoy Cyberpunk's driving experience.
Got some time to kill now so I figured I'd see what's possible, pretty stoked to say there def is a decent handling model under what CDPR delivered. Some ehh, unorthodox tweaks I've gathered should make it pretty distinct from anything else I've seen here.
Eagerly awaiting for your driving overhaul mod. Are you going to make handling changes for bikes as well? As all of the in game bikes have decent handling and look like they are fastest thing on road. But they aren't. Tduality has sadly lost interest in updating their mods, their mods improved key issues with handling.
I'm one of the weirdos who actually really enjoys Cyberpunk's driving mechanics. But I'm always down to try other people's interpretations if they think they have something special. Looking forward to your future mod
I peeked at the file and I think it'll work together, though my cam never stopped doing the auto-center so I'm not really sure what this would "fix" in my case.
This should be nice. I already kinda figured this out on my own. I just couldn't get it to work in-game on a consistent basis. I use Gripped Up, CVO, and Dynamic Downforce in combination. I'm really interested in how it will work with the new camera view. I'll run a test with a few other compatible driving mods and post the results later.
I'm going to do a showcase video when I get my mods all dialed in properly.
The cam params are def finicky, gotten some really strange behavior when tweaking. This isn't a new cam view though it should be compatible with most cam mods. Just one step closer to Forza-fying this game aha
Ok, I get it. It's more of a camera following and angle adjustment. I was actually messing with the camera view, which causes all kinds of issues. I stopped after I got nauseating motion sickness and vertigo off a bigger screen.
is it possible to do the same thing vertically for bikes? if you try to catwalk/wheelie on a bike the camera points directly into the sky making it hard to see where you are going. if this mod had also a vertical option added on it would fix that problem.
Lemme see if I can cook smth up, I did plan to address this for my driving revamp but I'll see how simply I can get it done and might throw it up here as an optional download

EDIT: How about Better Camera Auto 2.1?
Do you use any driving mod ? I have problems driving especially with this car, too much grip on the ground :s

Is it possible to make the transition a bit longer (a bit more delay) ?
Thanks!
im using Vehicle Third Person Camera Auto-Incline Fixed - i wonder if this might cause issues? didnt have time yet to test myself so i went for asking.
