there is a location teleport point if your having trouble. but its ok!! i stumbled across this spot randomly so i figured others would have trouble. But the entrance is near the ripper doc. Its the Elevator and the apartment is on the 2nd floor.. the 3rd is the bike garage. please let me know if your still having trouble <3
I don't know which ads or signs you want to decorate, but I can do some of them. For example, Jinguji, AVANTE, and many others. There are also banners for food and drink, etc. Animated and motion-activated electronic announcements probably cannot be decorated yet.

They are recommended if you want it to look like the pictures. Other then that I say go for it if you think it's to much. Could be something you might not want in some of the packs. I like to decorate An clutter :) i will say the hollywood pack is super important as it contains walls i used!
Can you use the bed to sleep? I also see a mirror in the pictures, is that interactable? I haven't really downloaded apartment mods before so not sure how that stuff works.
im sorry only interactable thing is the stash or if you use sit anywhere mod. There is an sleep interaction for AMM but it doesnt skip time and just makes you lay for a second. I havent figured out how to find the actual sleep yet or the Mirror as i havent found it in AMM. Im still slightly new to AMM myself.
