Both versions don't work for me. As soon as I changed the colors I am stuck on the motorbike, the world around me moves but I cannot do anything. When I go into my inventory and back into the game it works again but the colors didn't change.
Is your game up to date ? Are your dependencies up to date ? You can also try to delete the « r6/cache » folder then restore game files and install the mod again.
If these instructions do not help then you may have another mod conflicting with this one.
For some reason this or the Yaiba (I narrowed it down to these two specific mods ONLY) cause an odd bug where I will not be able to load a save out in the badlands down the road from medeski fuel station and would crash every time or crash when attempting to play too far down there, removed these two mods totally eliminated the issue and I have no idea why.
Something similar was happening to me with the Yaiba crystal coat (don't have this one installed). I removed everything in the r6/cache directory and verified game files. Now everything is working OK with the mod! Maybe this will help.
okay im having this issue too and removed everything new I installed recently but this one, its driving me crazy crashing in the badland, will try what u suggest Zorn! u still have the coat mods on tho?
Totally possible I've done something wrong, but I get the following error when I try to run this: [UNRESOLVED_REF] At ...\r6\scripts\Crystal Coat for Arch Nazare\Crystal Coat for Arch Nazare.reds:141:30: let vehicleModel: String = Utils_CC_Villefort_Alvarado.Get(gi).ShortModelName(vehicleLongModel); ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ unresolved reference Utils_CC_Villefort_Alvarado [ERROR - ...] REDScript compilation has failed. I am using the legacy version of the mod, and I don't have enhanced vehicle system installed.
Not exactly apples to apples, but I can confirm I don't get the error with the updated redmod version. ( However, it does look like I'll need enhanced vehicle system as it looks I am affect by the won't switch appearance bug. )
Yep unfortunately they didn’t fix this one yet… EVS also allows you to bind the neons rims with a crystal coat color. Same for headlights or taillights.
First I'd like to say that this is a fantastic mod. This along with your vehicle systems mod are so well implemented that they feel like natural and seamless extensions of the game's features. However, I am experiencing a strange bug ,specifically with the racer, where the game thinks it's a Rayfield and the texture for the bike seems to be messy. Is there any way to fix this?
Do you have a fresh install of the game or did you install an update ? Some people seem to experience issues when they update the game instead of downloading the full game after removing the older.
I dont have a fresh install; I updated the game from version 2.10. What I meant by "texture for the bike", is that the bike has a strange, pixelated pattern on it which is affected by the secondary colour. Also, is there nothing else that might fix this besides a fresh install of the game?
Could you give me a screenshot of that texture issue ?
The secondary color is not meant to be selectable as you can see on the widget picture of this page. You shouldnt be able to see any artifact if you don't zoom to the maximum on the vehicle paint.
Currently having an issue where the mod thinks my bike is a Rayfield which messes up the paintjob. Any idea on how to fix this? I've installed everything correctly so not sure what's going on.
Got all the dependencies already, actually updated them all and the game to 2.12 the day before I got this mod. Did the delete r6 cache/restore game files on Steam as well but still not working. It's strange, I've checked my other mods but can't see anything that would clash with this one to cause the issue. Not sure what else to try really.
On some dependencies you can check the mirror site (github) because sometimes Github has a more recent version of the dependency. Your issue looks like you don't have the script part of the mod or it is not executed, maybe check the redscript dependency ?
Are you sure that your game is 2.12 (written in the main menu) ?
yep definitely on 2.12 and all dependencies are the most recent versions including redscript. I'll keep investigating, try figure out if there is another mod causing issues that I'm not aware of.
i had this exact same issue i also had all the latest dependencies and the newest version and i never installed any older version it seemed to only happen on the racer version and not the normal arch.

I have just released a new version.

Racer:
Guess I'll just use the normal arch till CDPR drops the next update.
Install game 2.12
Remove « r6/cache » folder
Restore game files
Install all the dependencies
Install the mod.
