      It does unfortunately. You'll need to remove/uninstall the mod to restore your ears if you want to remove it.

    Would a male V version be possible at some point?

      This is just a simple edit of the already existing Songbird cyberware mod. If they decide to make one for male V then I'd follow suit for sure!
