   This did not work for me :(
   I don't know why, but this is the only thing left I need to get. And its bugged beyond belief. No matter what I do, it doesn't unlock. I tried the normal way (twice), then I tried cheating, then I tried this. Nothing.

      This save won't work because since version 2.0 the max level for perks is 60, not 20 as in this save.

   You are a legend!! Thank you. I hav 200+ hours and was bored I didnt want to play this game anymore so wanted to grind the remaining achievements.
