I've got all the listed prerequisites, but I'm missing a few props. I'm missing the little Japanese wooden table that is under the stairs where the punching bag was, and where the CRT monitors are, and where Jackie's stuff is. I'm also missing the shelves that the laundry baskets are on in the bedroom. Finally, I'm missing the netrunner chair but not the netrunner chair attachment.

Unfortunately I can't use that mod because it gives me the audio bug where random horrible sounds play whenever I walk, turn, look around, do anything. I haven't been able to solve that one... I don't have the metro mods installed, tried it with and without the "Remove annoying AV Engine sound in V apartment", and I also removed the footstep sounds mods. I've got that same sound bug when I use brocreate's Club 27 mod too.
I tried using the Proxima's prop pack that the H10 mod used to depend on, but unfortunately that didn't solve the missing furniture.
This house is one of the most perfect I have ever seen on this website. You can see that every area and room has been polished, making people feel incredibly relaxed. It's really an excellent design. The shower works fine for me, maybe try: disabling the preset in game, walk away from the apartment (it MAY have been weird if you saved in the glen without the preset, came back in, and activated the preset, that's bugged out a few other presets for me too), save when you're far away, close game, fully remove the preset files and do a fresh reinstall, open game, walk to glen, then activate the preset once you're out of the elevator and inside the apartment- and see if that works. Worked for me when one of the H10 apt presets was glitchin' out :] best of luck!
ALSO! If you've got one of those supercomputers and often play with Raytracing/high settings, try to lower them/disable Raytracing and see if that fixes it. Raytracing (specifically pathing) often crashes randomly-- just give it a shot.

Is anyone else having an issue trying to open the preset through the AMM screen in the game? The preset is completely missing under the Decor tab and I've installed the file in the correct file location several times now.
You tried a manual install I assume or with a mod manager?
File pathing should look something like this (D:\Program Files\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceMenuMod\User\Decor) It should be in the Decor file.

Yeah, I had already started building before I unlocked a romance hangout so I wasn't sure of pathing (just got CP2077 on pc recently) I had built quite a lot before I could test it with a partner. So I didn't make any major changes. I was excited when Kerry walked straight to the kitchen window his first time coming over. It worked out so perfectly lol. Glad you are enjoying it! Cute pic BTW.

PS: What cyberarm are you using! It looks sorta like johnny but with the arm texture still on?
