Adds NEW variant of Tsunami Rasetsu Iconic Sniper Rifle with Custom Silencer the same as Overwatch and Weapon Mod Attachments.

MODIFICATIONS:
1. Added Custom Silencer(means can silent kill same as Overwatch)
2. Added Weapon Mod Attachments
3. Enabled Wall Penetration(Optional)
4. Increased Magazine Capacity to 6(Optional)
5. Increased Reload Speed(Optional)
INSTALLATION
1. Install the pre-requisite mods
2. Install Rasetsu Mod
- Simply drag and drop the .ARCHIVE and .XL files to "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod"
- Simply drag and drop the .YAML file to "Cyberpunk 2077\r6\tweaks"
3. Spawn Options
- Buy using Virtual Atelier - xDebugger Blackmarket Weapons
- Buy from weapons vendor Wilson(Megabuilding H10) or Herold(Black Market Vendor)
- Use console command to add the items to inventory
