There should probably be some instructions on how to get color mods working with this mod. You need to replace the default hair color that the hair ends up using. For me my real hair color is 15, but the default this mod ended up using was was color 02.  So in those other hair color mods choose color 02 to replace your hair color and it should work.

Hairs that have green color in this mod uses any color n.2 from any custom color hair mods.
Female hair 1 in this mod have red color. It uses any color n.15 from any custom color hair mods.

Get the idea ? Depending on the hair color the hathair shows it uses a different color number from any custom color hair mods.
Use only one custom color file at a time. Leaving this post stickied. I explained this a dozen times in previous posts.

Such a great idea for a mod! Unfortunately the hair is permanently in my line of sight (unless I look up at the sky). Is there a reason for this? Possibly one of the graphics settings it's clashing with? Any help would be super appreciated because I would love to use it, but currently it's just getting in the way of... well, seeing.

yeah, i've tried everything too and couldn't get it work properly :(
such a great idea though.. but camera attached well only with weapon drawn. With gun or melee weapon hairs are just perfect and i see front parts of the hairstyle like i should be able to see. All other cases (sprint, walking, in a car, etc) - it's just not following well.. like it's detached, i can see all hairstyle apart if i fully look up. Something like that.
I'll appreciate any idea about why mod works only well with weapon drawn. version of the game is 1.52

Huh, so whenever I whip out the ol' mantis blade all I can see is my hair. Kinda hard to fight when I cant see a damn thing.

Works even after 1.3 just need to place in mod folder (the same path until patch, and the if you don't have mod folder create it, and put the file there).

Hi, I don't know if you've decided to stop updating this mod, but I was wondering if you could make one with Silver's hair mod "Femme Fatale"... If you can, that is?

Can you make support for "Custom Hairstyle - The Major" mod?

I'm trying to figure out a way to change the pink default hair using your mod - taking a look inside all the .ent files for the hats, I can see the reference to pink_magenta.mi. Is it not a case of renaming the file path to a different hair profile to switch the pink colour to another?

Depends... If the naming path matches or is smaller in size, would work. Otherwise it will break the file, since you are disrespecting the file bytes by exceeding. Very troublesome. Just easier to swap hair color using a custom color mod.

The simplest solution seems to be just using a separate custom color file. Imagine rewriting in hex all those hats for all hair colors, even if it works... Sounds like trouble. That's why no one made custom colors for all hair colors. Because it's huge trouble. You have to pack 24 files for each hair color.

Can you do one that supports almico_Male_V_Hair_12 from Advanced V customisation?
