For the skin/makeup I use a mix of multiple mods that I modified myself for personal use. I would love to share it but I don't think I have the permission.
BUT! You can have a pretty close result using these:
- Lips makeup number 1 with the 14th color
- Avallonkao's Female complexion: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11937 - download "Avabetterskins", "AvacomplexionV1" and "Avamicrodetails" (IN CHARACTER CREATION CHOOSE A SKIN WHICH HAS ALREADY MAKEUP + ADD EYES MAKEUP 20)

The skin textures / eyes are the same as I said in the previous preset request. :)
