Please let me know if you have any issues or suggestions.

The only issue now is that you need to disable the AMM preset (from Decors) during the quest Lucretia my reflection.
The archive clean-up files from this mod will also hide some stuff like chairs and tables, so you can see the NPCs in the apartment sitting/leaning in the air. If you don't like it you can still just remove the clean-up files until the quest is done. Dogtown Apartment - cleaned and decluttered by manavortex listed in the requirements doesn't hide anything quest-related (and it is required only if you don't play on game patch 2.11).   Once Lucretia my reflection is finished and you have collected the loot the AMM preset can be enabled.
The hidden stuff concerns only the apartment, so it shouldn't have any influence on the playthrough.

If you play on game patch 2.11 just use the extra clean 2.11 file listed in the file section.
Except for the shards clean-up file, everything is working fine with 2.12 on my side.

Don't know why but after I've load everything the apartment still look the same. Did it fit 2.12?

Hi, do you mean loading the decor preset or the clean-up file?

I'm surprised that the preset file doesn't work, but I'll finally update my game and I'll check what's happening.
The cleanup file can easily break after a game update as some objects' IDs get changed.
By the way I can recommend this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/13634
It is really cool and can be used without a cleanup file

I updated the game to 2.12. The clean-up files: the file for the shards is not working, with the other file I see 2 cables that shouldn't be there, but generally the rest is still hidden.  I also checked the 3 decor preset files, they are still loading on my side.

I really like what you've done with the place. Thank you! I personally remove the terrace since I don't want the changes to be visible from the ouside.

I've updated the game to 2.11 and downloaded the new "apartment dogtown extra clean 2.11", and it seems to be causing a crash whenever I try use the shower. It didn't happen before with the 2.1 version. I've checked and it works fine when I remove that file or when I use manavortex's mod.

I'm glad you like the place and thank you for reporting the shower bug.
The crash was caused by the hidden original shower (and this worked fine before patch 2.11).  I uploaded a version where the original shower is visible and the game doesn't crash. I may try to integrate it better in the shower cabin :)
I also uploaded a v2 preset with the terrace removed.

Tested it works, however the floor is uneven in certain spots.
The front door location and near the restroom has a slight step.

Thank you for testing I tested it too, including the mini-quest for activating the shower, and everything seems to work. I'll upload a version that keeps the removed shards so people don't need to remove my clean-up file at all (as long as they don't mind that people sit in the air during the Q ).
I noticed the floor issues, but this is something that I often have with AMM-> repositioning and updating seems to be back to the previous state, but I'll try to fix this

I do love it though, it looks really nice. The floor was the only issue
that I could see. Can't wait for the next update.

I uploaded a new AMM version and the floor should be fixed now (hopefully). I'll add some additional stuff very soon :)

Just tested my saved game with and without the mods.  Installed the declutter mod first and the door was still there, then installed this mod re-loaded
the same save and the door was missing.

I uploaded a new version where the door is not removed by apartment_dogtown_extra_clean.archive.xl, but I bet that as long V has any mission in Dogtown apartment there will be quest issues.

Not sure which is causing the issue, but the door is missing from the Dogtown apartment
which is causing the quest after you rescue Myers to bug out. With the door missing, it won't trigger the
next part of the quest after V opens the door. Also, Myers was bugging out, so you couldn't interact with her.
I think it might be the de-clutter mod causing it, there being several trigger points in that one area that become removed
    somehow.

Will this mess with the PL starting missions?

I believe you need to make it appear through AMM after V aquires the place
it shouldn't appear when you first enter the apartment.

A few of the quest interactions are hidden behind the ceilings and the walls, so I have no idea what the result would be, I didn't test the mod during the starting mission yet. But the archive file hides some shards as well, that's why in all cases I recommend using the mod when the apartment becomes V's apartment. As Joybuzz mentioned, the AMM preset can be activated or deactivated via the AMM preset option. About the archive files, I usually just create a folder called Hidden in Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod and move the archive files that I don't want to use there before I start the game.
