Current Active Project: Modular, Custom-made, Military Gloves - Cyberarms Compatible
Description: Yep, you've seen that right, together with Kerensky, we are working on making cyberarms compatible gloves. With the help of Psiberx, I have figured out how to make them work with cyberarms, such as mantis blades.
Kerensky will accommodate the meshes to not clip with various mechanical bits of the cyberarms while I will make the rest of the mod. This gif shows a very early WIP but functional demo of the glove:
Progress (I will update this regularly as I make progress):

The color layout for the custom variants is like this. This is more or less final for these variants.
i'm really excited for your glove mod, but I wanted to ask if you'd have any full gloves? like the one in the gif above is fingerless. will they all be fingerless?
yeah, but none of the full glove mods let you only have it on one hand, which is what I was hoping from yours since you seem to prioritize customization.
True I do prioritize customization, however there's multiple reasons why I just can't do this on this glove:
1. This is how the model of this glove is, I didn't make it from scratch, I just spent like 1 entire day refitting it. The custom part of it will be made by Kerensky which is cutting and adapting parts of the glove according to mechanization of cyberarms so they don't clip. 2. I don't know how to model meshes from ground up, not even adding small bits and pieces. My Blender knowledge is only refitting and submesh separation. 3. It's a glove, gloves are more or less the worst models to refit for V. Wrapping the mesh properly on a finger, do this 4 more times, consider leaving a decent amount of space to avoid clipping, etc etc. It's much, much easier to refit a skin tight bodysuit or pants. If I were to say, model full fingers gloves, it would take me even more time to finish the mod.
I don't say no to challenges, how else would I improve, if someone has a comprehensive glove model and wants it ported ingame, you can contact me to talk about it. But the challenge in this mod is making it cyberarm compatible, as far as I know, no glove mod has done this yet.
No need to worry, I just wanted to explain why I can't do this with this model, some other people may be asking the same question as you and be curious as to why I can't <3
I LOVE using gloves and it sucks I can't use my mantis blades (arasaka arms) with the current gloves that have kindly been provided so far. This is amazing! I cannot wait.
I was just thinking "Damn, I'm just missing a couple of nices gloves so the whole set looks dope". I'm glad this is your next project, take your time and make it awesome. Love your work <3
forgor if I already made a comment on this mod, but still, this mod is just as baller as all your other mods and I had an idea for an extra bit for it! I don't have a model for it (sorry :[ ) but the idea is a small piece of cyberware on either side of the face to hold the jaw part of the mask up if you aren't using the headphones and have something that removes your V's ears, like the Songbird cyberware for instance. I just found it mildly annoying how it just kinda floats there when you don't have the headphones on. Medium sized ask, I know, but still... Would be neat :)
In theory, the headgear pieces are not supposed to be worn individually as it's one piece face mask like on vanilla variants. Sorry but this is not something I will do since I don't have modelling skills to make such module and it would also take me a lot of time which I also don't have. But if someone else wants to do it, feel free to contact me with it so I can upload it for others.
I can try to piece together some mods. They're wearing a OneSlowZZ Tactical Backpack mod and rest of Scorpion's military armour/armor stuff. The rest such as the helmet and shirt is unknown to me.
hi, I really liked your mods and I was using only your mask previously. However today I discovered your other mods and I tried to install them all,I had no problem launching the game with vest, armour, accessories installed but when I add the files for mask my game crashes upon launching the game. More specifically if I delete the file "scorpion_military_mask.yaml" in the r6 folder my game goes back to normal, do you know what causes this problem?
edit: game works if I only have mask installed, game works if I have all your other mods but mask installed, game works if I delete all your yaml files but the mask one
I can't replicate this issue at all, nor I have any clue how this can be possible on mods that have 0 conflicting files in them, sorry :/ You may have some leftover files from previous installations, best suggestion I can give is reinstalling the mods.
Looking for all the associated mods in the image on the left, the one with the scarf, i have scorpions modular military mods but i would like to recreate this outfit in game, if anyone could give me the names that would be awesome.

it's okay though, still looking forward to it.

I'm looking forward to your gloves either way and I really do appreciate your mods. Thank you for making them!
Although despite how small it looks like, it's complex, it's taking more time than I expected.
