Night City Swaps consists of various swaps made to the articles of clothing made for V to some of the obscure NPC clothing items found in the game files. These will be updated as interesting items are found or requests for certain items are made. 

Place the ".archive" files found within each of the swaps into your "DRIVE:\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\patch" Path
