Thank you for the mod, I am getting a CTD whenever I press the hotkey assigned to toggle RR. I only intend to use the mod to toggle on/off RR.

Strange. It doesn't happen to me even if I rapidly toggle RR. There could be conflict with visual mods that you are using (such as Ultra Plus, etc.) that may be internally changing RR related options.
What I could totally use is a hotkey toggle for DLSS itself. Reason being that toggling DLSS off and then back on is how I solve the vram bug they introduced in 2.0. The one that makes the framerate crater whenever vram usage blips too high, such as when you open the map. I played this game for 300 hours in 2020 and never had this issue, and now it's something that eats up at least 10% of my total playtime.
You can either wait anywhere from a minute to forever for the problem to go away, restart the game, or toggle DLSS. I go with the latter. But obviously, doing it through the menu takes about 20 seconds of fiddling, and I have to do it pretty much every time I open the map. It's a fun bug that they will never fix, so I will absolutely take a mod that lets me cut those 20 seconds down to about 5.
There's a mod called adaptive graphic quality, i believe it can be configured to do that. I noticed that after 2.0 vram usage seems to have gone way up to the point that i stopped using HD textures mod and i have a 16 gig GPU. And judging my RTSS it still can go up to 15 gigs for me which is a bad sign, the fact that game became little bit stuttery where's before i remember it beign smooth, might be related to vram issue or might be something else entirely. The huge spike in frametime every time u open the map or inv. i've noticed as well, i don't really remember game being that way before, i'am not sure about that. I have a lot of mods installed, don't have energy to test this whole s#*! out with mods vs vanilla etc. But it just feels off and new, like it wasn't like that pre 2.0. Now, i'am using modified ini file with few tweaks i borrowed from different mods and game mostly smooth now except for those spikes when u open the map, is this because of those ini tweaks or because i cleaned up mods removing ones that can increase vram usage -- i hnc. There r particular tweaks related to vram, FakeOverrideGPUVRAM & FakeGPUVRAM, i don't know if they help or not.
Thank you! 2.1 introduced forced ray reconstruction if you have DLSS enabled so this is a huge time saver if you don't like how muddy it makes everything look

It is necessary to enable Windows GPU hardware acceleration to USE Frame GEN in Cyberpunk.
But RESHADE gets disabled.
I only intend to use the mod to toggle on/off RR.
