There are many ways to use this present so pick what you like..
1: Sliders is the easiest just open up the "slider preset" and copy what I have to your V during character creation or in-game customization.
2. Use Appearance Change Unlocker following the download instruction on the page then place the preset file in the following directory: plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceChangeUnlocker\character-presets/female
