Apparently some people are experiencieng an issue where the radio does appear in the list and is selectable but doesn't play any sound. The cause of this bug is currently unknown to me. I've tested the mod for a couple hours driving and walking around in Night City and the Badlands and didn't found any problem. I suggest people who are experiencing this issue to check troubleshooting at the RadioExt mod page. Also, since the mod is based on a webstream, checking your connection and the game's firewall permission is worth a try.
