Extract the .zip and copy the 2 folders \archive + \r6 into [...]Cyberpunk 2077 folder (see below different paths to the game)

UNINSTALL:
Delete in :

...Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod : "phoebe_clothing_line_store.archive."
