Here the Atelier store for all Phoebe's releases, great thanks to @Tduality for the support and the brief lesson on .reds scripts.
Don't forget to verify requirements to make that mod works.

INSTALLATION:
Extract the .zip and copy the 2 folders \archive + \r6 into [...]Cyberpunk 2077 folder (see below different paths to the game)
Steam:
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\
GOG:
\GOGLibrary\Games\Cyberpunk 2077\
Epic:
\EpicLibrary\Cyberpunk 2077\
UNINSTALL:
Delete in :
...Cyberpunk 2077\r6\scripts\phoebe\phoebe_clothing_store-atelier-store.reds
...Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod : "phoebe_clothing_line_store.archive."
