   Thank you for this finally a blonde color that looks blonde 
   and not some default putrid green color I don't know what CDPR was thinking.

   Not sure, but I think Haircut 18 is already part of the default haircut collection of V.

      They are all by default in the character creator.
      If you download a new hairstyle that replaces a spezific, one or you want to replace your existing one in a save game editor, then you find here all hairstyles with corresponding numbers.
