This isn't an update to the mod, but I realized that I forgot to mention that one change I made over the Malorian was to make it full auto on hip fire and semi-auto on ADS

In my very brief testing, I tried to plug the

Chimera Core 'Firecracker'
weapon mod, but it doesn't seem to do anything at all. Probably because of the cover piercing aspect? The Comrade's Hammer- a tech pistol with explosive rounds- specifies that it can not penetrate cover. That's what leads me to believe

isn't playing well with this mod. If anyone knows of a consistent DPS dummy or something, I'd love to try it out some more!
Is there a way to get it common rarity and upgrade it? EDIT: So I tried going into the r6 files and messing with the Items.Preset_That_Gun.yaml file and changing line 59 quality: Quality.Legendary into quality: Quality.Common As long as you do this before you get it into your inventory via console command it should work. If you try changing its rarity in a save file that already had the weapon at tier 5 legendary then it it will be common tier but still require legendary components to upgrade and will only upgrade to common +. When you try to upgrade it to uncommon it'll break and no longer be upgradable.
Is there any way to change the bullet animation to the old Tech bullet animation like pre 2.0?
I love that this restores the ability to shoot through walls, but I miss the blue trails left behind by the bullet and the glowing bullet hole that gets left behind in walls they shoot through, so if there is any way to return the animation to this gun that would be incredible! If its something I could do on my own please let me know, I have no real modding experience but I'd be happy to try tinkering around if there is a way to make the change in my files!
Yeah, it'd require making some slight edits to the texture's file paths and naming along with creating new appearance files for my mod. To keep it simple I made the bare minimum of changes to define the new instance for my mod. I wanted to keep the mod size small and to reduce the number of things that could interact poorly with other mods.
It wouldn't be a difficult change but I would need to contact the author of the texture mod first
It would be amazing if you could get the modded texture for this gun specifically, since it would make the modded gun unqiue. Either way, amazing mod and thank you!
good question, I legit don't know. Should be any if they will slot in. I've got a mod installed that adds attatchment slots to guns but the slot doesn't work for me at the moment. I'm still doing some work on making sure it has a slot that works
I don't know why but when I spawn this with CET, it already has muzzle slot, maybe I'm using some mods that give iconic weapon additional slot (Unlock Me A Slot 2.02) cause this? BTW, can I spawn this as a tier 1 weapon? I am currently on a new playthrough so tier 5 is too much.
In your inventory, when you go to equip something in the weapon slots, there's an "Inspect" button in the actual pack. (V funnily enough). Then can use your scroll wheel and Q/E to rotate.

Edit: Too bad CET command can downgrade it to tier 1 but it need 200 Legendary component to upgrade and will be upgraded to tier 5 again after that.
