Hey Everyone, My PC flatlined yesterday and I am working on replacing it but in the meantime I only have my laptop which cannot handle running CP2077 so I am out of commission for a while.
Update: Good news I built a new PC but I am going to stop doing so many requests/slow down a bit so I can focus on my own ideas atm :) If you have ideas/suggestions feel free to leave them but I might not get around to them.
File path has been updated for patch 1.2 for new users. If you already had my mod(s) installed either manually move your mods to : Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod OR rename your patch folder to mod. No changes were made to the mod(s) other then correcting the file path so they will work with patch 1.2.
Hi! I downloaded the black nails and they look great! At least on the right hand, on the left hand for some reason a couple look like they are chipped/broken, no idea why, I posted the picture in the user images section ^^ (first time doing this so I hope I did ok) I know you mentioned you are out of commission por a while, so just letting you know and no rush in fixing it! <3
Nails are fine for both hands as the whole texture has been turned black so there is no way for parts to be chipped I am thinking you must have another mod that is affecting the texture.
Okay so after trying stuff I noticed that the problem is with the base nails, as checkered green/black they are broken, but as other nails (one of the ones that look like black) they aren't chipped. So yeah, the problem is with the base game, not with your mod orz. Maybe you could make it so it replaces another nail polish instead of the checkered green/black?
I have the same issue with the left hand nails looking chipped and also concluded it to be an issue with the basegame. Wondering if you still have this issue with 2.0 and if you found a way to fix it?
I don't use basegame nails anymore, on my main character I use cyberarms and on the others I use my metallic nails so, didn't find a fix nor I'm currently interested in one. Also others currently testing colors that are about to come out still have the issue, so yeah, it still happens on latest game.
Is it possible to make Pointy nails? I want my V that uses kitsch Cyberarms to have similar nail on the other side since I'm using Cyberarm only on one side and the other is default.
It's definitely not this mod, it just replaces the nail texture which is working. Check your mod order for anything that edits V's arms (clothing, cyberarms etc).
Toenail textures come on the body texture and since there are so many body texture mods out there I don't plan on making any as my nails would not be compatible with them.
Hey, any chance you could make green and/or dark green non-sparkle versions? I'm still a little butthurt that the supposed "green" option is a rather obnoxious pattern :P
I'm trying to do it myself by editing one of your files, but I'm running into errors trying to edit the .dds
EDIT: Even trying to do it from scratch doesn't work - I can unpack, edit and repack just fine, but the game still uses the vanilla texture...
Probably not right now as the last I saw modders can only mesh swap I don't think new meshes can be imported yet but I haven't been keeping up for the last week or so since I don't have a PC to make mods with atm.

Hair colours and nail colours do not share any of the same resources in terms of colour or texture.
But my hands and arms have disappeared in cutscenes and when holding a weapon all I see is the black nails.
Any ideas?
Don't have a Dark Red colour, too?
