For whatever reason I cannot get the eyes to work. Did you just add both Kala Standalone Eyes V2 and Unique Eyes - Core V2.5 to Cyberpunk 2077 > Mods folder? I just have the white bullseye eyes when I go up to the mirror, everything else seems to work though. Thank you

I can't get the hair to look like yours, though. V's a brunette when I apply the preset. The color doesn't match on my end. I have Preem Hair and GITS installed. Could they be causing some issues? Or some other mod you might know off the top of your head?
Once you have it downloaded you will need to visit a ripperdoc and change appearance with him, on the left where your normal Corpo, Street, and Nomad V presets are, there should be the preset you downloaded. Assuming you have all of the requirements downloaded it should load without any issues. Hope this helps!
So I used your preset as a base for a new character making some tweaks here and there. Not as pretty as your original imo, I'll post some screenshots Thank you again for the preset :)

I just downloaded it to make sure, and I got all of the screenshots in my download. Not sure what happened on your end, but maybe try downloading it again and see if it fixes itself?
Even though I installed all the mods after the patch, should it work if I manually use the sliders you sent? Because for me everything seems to work but the skin tone preset looks different. Maybe it is my video settings i guess?
Did you make sure to choose the "going grunge naturally" option for the 4K Complexion mod? The only other mod I use for skin is the alternate skin material which is the mod listed as "optional" in the requirements. It's also worth noting that the 4K Complexion mod only changes the 1st complexion option. If I can be of any more help then please feel free to ask!
