It might depends on the body mod, which one are you using? :O The feet are set to hide the OG vanilla feet submesh underneath, if a bodymod merged more parts of the legs into that specific submesh, that explains why it gets hidden!
I'm using Spawn0 body mod as well as Adonis that I managed to stack together. The only thing the creator of Adonis left aside is the high-poly feet as they are still the vanilla mesh. I can't seem to find many male V feet mods which are Adonis compatible. Yours is the best so far.
